Day laborer committed suicide in Kurigram

One day laborer was committed suicide taking pesticide due to family feud at Bhurungamari upazila in Kurigram and died on Tuesday (May 10)..

The deceased was identified as Farid Miah 28 son of Ashraf Ali of village Purba Baghbhandar under the upazila..

Locals and police said Farid used to quarrel with his wife Babita due to family feud for long. Farid’s wife made quarrel with his husband about marketing on Monday. At one stage of their quarrel Farid took pesticide. Later he was taken to Bhurungamari upazila Health Complex in a critical condition on Monday. But when his condition was deteriorated was shifted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital in the same day for better treatment where he died in the morning on Tuesday. .
